CSSWG Membership Application

Regular CSSWG membership is required for all Industry persons attending CSSWG meetings. The CSSWG Charter requires that Regular (Industry) Members must "hold employment in U.S. Industry and have responsibility for SAP security policy formulation and/or implementation of a function or functions of security management or related information security activities in a special access program (SAP)."

Associate Membership is limited to cleared and accessed government employees of those agencies which: 1) sponsor, or 2) have security oversight responsibility for special access programs that are contracted with industry. Associate membership status requires the individual's government position have some functional responsibility for SAP security management issues. Associate membership status may be subject to review and approval by the senior member of the government agency where the individual is employed, who will also validate security clearance and special access status.
